About Us

SN³ was created by three sisters. Apart from the same surname and first initial, the common factor here is the passion to help others achieve success in their personal and professional lives.

This all started when Stephanie & Stacia embarked on their coaching journey separately (and coincidentally, one must add). They were so impacted by the experience they couldn't help but think to continue this coaching journey together by creating a business taking a holistic approach by giving people an opportunity to explore mentoring, coaching or training. The team at SN³ consists of Stacey, the operations director, Stephanie, a coach, mentor and trainer and Stacia, a coach and mentor.

SN³ is where three sisters are on a mission to help others succeed in their professional lives through coaching, mentoring and training.

Meet the Team

Stacey Nambiar - Wood

Operations Director

The eldest of the three S's, she is a whizz at administration, organisation and has always got her creative cap on. These qualities made Stacey perfect for the role of Operational Director at SN3. Designing processes and procedures, she makes sure the wheels run smoothly and she keeps the other S's in line.

Stephanie Nambiar

Coach, Mentor & Trainer

The middle of the three S's, an accountant by trade with experience in management roles. She is curious by nature and has taken a range of courses such as astronomy, creative writing, improv to name a few. Her love for learning is matched by her enthusiasm for guiding others in their learning and personal growth. This led her to want to become a qualified coach and professional mentor to support others in their career no matter what stage of the journey.

Stacia Nambiar

Coach, Mentor

Introducing Stacia, the "S" with a passion for creativity and a knack for thinking beyond the norm! She's primarily coached individuals in the media industry but is well equipped for exploring different industries. Whether you're taking your first steps, plotting a mid-career twist, or venturing into uncharted territories, Stacia can work with you in navigating this space and exploring new horizons!
